Job Description

Our client, a leading online brand, has an opening for a talented and adventurous thinking Head of Online Marketing. You will be responsible for: Managing a large team/Management of all digital spend/Optimising the company’s in-house PPC activities/Management of a substantial online budget/Ownership for setting SEO strategy and driving SEO growth/Own and managethe social media strategy/Partnership and affiliate management

Candidate Requirements

You should be creative and have a good understanding of digital trends and a natural interest in new technologies. This role will involve a high level of development focus as our client evolves it's products to take account of the digital marketplace and benefits of social media and user optimisation.

Our client is looking for the following qualities:

  • Commercially driven with excellent understanding of commercial levers within an online business
  • Significant senior experience of digital marketing with strong experience and customer acquisition and retention
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to drive change with a can do attitude.
  • Good understanding of technical approaches to development
  • Strategically driven and able to interoperate all levels across the company.
  • Ability to identify and focus on issues at a macro and micro level, and excellent understanding of any operational impact.
  • Ability to drive and manage change in a matrix structure
  • Ability to lead, develop, motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communicator upwards and downwards
