We have a rare vacancy for an experienced Search Marketing Expert to head up RBI’s search marketing team. The successful candidate will have detailed SEO technical knowledge, as well as PPC, affiliate marketing and link-building experience. This key role requires a marketing background and strong management skills.
REPORTING TO:
Group Marketing Director, RBI
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for leading and developing search marketing strategies for RBI’s portfolio of websites, including search engine optimisation, information architecture, web analytics, paid search and affiliate marketing.
• Integrate search marketing into the overall marketing strategy of each market.
• Use web analytics to manage online businesses
• Conduct internal training across different functions
• Manage and train a team of search specialists
Candidate Requirements
KEY SKILLS:
• Expert in technical SEO
• Working knowledge of PPC, link-building and affiliate marketing
• Strong marketing experience
• Expert in analytics and conversion tracking
• Effective project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, at all levels – relationships builder
• Drive, common sense, creative flair and flexibility.
