New client wins mean that we are looking for an Information Architect to join us on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for creating personas, capturing information on user behaviours, task mapping and creating flow charts to develop user journeys, ensuring that our clients sites are user friendly and compliant.

You will come from an agency background and will understand the importance of being client facing and will have the gravitas to do so for this role

With a sound knowledge of usability and interaction design you will have experience of creating sitemaps, wireframes and User journeys. You will also have experience of carrying out content audits and will demonstratable experience of working on intranet projects, ideally with an understanding of SharePoint.

Having the ability to present diverse and often very complex ideas to clients goes without saying as does the ability to think creatively
