Job Description
Crafted is one of East Anglia's leading digital agencies with an in-house team of almost 40 people. To date our growth has largely been the result of referral and recommendation from existing clients which we are now seeking to support with an active marketing strategy managed by a newly appointed marketing manager.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with sound knowledge and/or solid background in working for a digital agency.
The role will fit within the agency's existing commercial function although will undertake overall control and responsibility for marketing and PR activities. This will involve:
•Management of and support for our PR consultant.
•Running our social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook.
•Project managing our new website launch.
•On-going responsibility for the Crafted website producing news content along with all core information provided on-site regarding the services we provide.
•Working with team members to generate content for use across PR, our website and social media platforms on areas of expertise.
•Evaluate and define advertising opportunities across paid search, display, trade press and relevant media outlets.
•Outreach to print media for thought leadership guest post opportunities.
•Attend networking and awards events on behalf of the company.
•Setup and maintain client references, recommendations and case studies.
•Define and report on KPIs for company marketing activity.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track-record in a similar senior marketing role(s). Having worked for a digital or traditional agency is not essential but would be beneficial. It is imperative that you will have a deep understanding of online media and be able to drive forward the company's existing profile both locally and nationally. As an absolute minimum you will have very strong verbal and written communication skills along with presentation and leadership skills.
