New Business Director
Internet advertising spend has now overtaken TV to become the number one media channel, but the rules are different. Customers have found voice and choice, and brands now live or die by their reputations, ratings and rankings. Those brands need Propellernet, and we need you to lead the matchmaking.
Based in Brighton, Propellernet are on a mission of adventure and discovery to find better ways of connecting brands with their customers. We love exploring new ideas and will always be challenging how we can do things better for our clients.
Reporting to the CEO, this highly motivated individual will deliver outstanding growth by building and leading a small team of new business superstars in selling strategic and creative online marketing solutions to the UK’s leading brands.
The Role:
· Development and execution of aggressive new business growth strategy
· Building & leading high performance sales teams
· Profiling, selecting, engaging and winning client targets that will deliver win/win profitable growth
· Create a culture of strategic excellence, developing strategic advantage and seeking opportunities for future development
· Accountable for delivery of the company new business targets
Candidate Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
· Has experience building, developing, motivating and leading teams to deliver aggressive targets
· Can assert authority in order to meet agreed deadlines and can overcome problems which may get in the way of their achievement
· Can evidence a fantastic track record in consultative solution selling of multi channel brand marketing services and digital media
· Has experience in identifying, initiating & successfully managing profitable big brand client relationships
· Is positive, confident & will motivate people to give their best results
· Has drive, assertion and the ability to communicate with others in a logical and friendly manner
· Can remain confident in negative situations with the ability to influence and persuade others to create imaginative solutions to difficult problems
· Is competitive, imaginative, enthusiastic, inspiring, systematic and precise
· Is adventurous, optimistic, positive, open minded and respectful
