Job Description

We are looking for a high-calibre individual that will excel in developing New Business opportunities within high profile SME’s, mid-tier brands and agencies.

Working within the New Business team in the Commercial Department, this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity of joining a dynamic and energetic sales team. The individual must be able to implement a sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of medium to large accounts. The New Business Manager will be responsible for developing new business primarily through in-person contacts, cold calls, phone follow-up, and presentations.

The successful candidate will be a proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop and close sales leads. This is a great opportunity to drive forward the new business area of the Commercial department and contribute to the overall success of Digital Window.

Key responsibilities within this superb role include:
Maintain and develop the prospect pipeline daily using salesforce CRM system.
Educate new prospects about Affiliate Window, its market position and the market as a whole.
Adopt a consultative and mature approach, able to engage with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression and online development.
Respond and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Consistency in providing introduction and proposals to prospects. Including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the team.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience in a successful sales role.
Strong interest in and knowledge of affiliate marketing and breadth of understanding of online media.
Excellent computer literacy including all MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Digital Window products, pricing, competition and sales objectives.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Strives to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced.
Results-oriented, driven by both financial and career opportunities.
Ability to meet attendance standards and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external suppliers.
