Job Description

This role is about inspiring our customers about life outside the 9-5. You will be accountable for creating best in class customer experiences that drives engagement and retention. The focus will be on maintaining and growing our customer database through developing and executing customer acquisition and retention plans through various channels to market along with ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service are met.
Main Duties/ responsibilities:
• As a senior member of the e-commerce team you will have a broad and diverse remit. You will be expected to take ownership of the online marketing / DM plan and lead your team to drive sales and increase ROI.
• Devise and execute customer communication plans that include all online marketing channels and direct mail.
• Lead a team to ensure the highest levels of customer service is maintained
• Co-ordinate with PR / Brand / In store / Marketing & Buying to ensure all activity is in sync with the wider group activity
• Create and implement a social media strategy
• Develop and oversee the Fat Face CRM strategy
• Segmenting our customer database to offer personalised, relevant DM and email communications
• Optimising and growing the contribution from our affiliate partnerships
• Analyzing and reporting, turning customer/channel insights into actions
• Managing agency relationships and briefings
• Devising and managing budgets

Candidate Requirements
Experience level/Qualification level
• Degree 2:1 or higher
• 5+ years’ experience in online marketing / CRM
• Demonstrable budget experience of £1m plus
• International experience desirable

• A love of social and search marketing with a deep understanding of how to optimise these channels

General Skills
You will have gained your experience in either an agency or similar customer facing retail role, you will be able to clearly show evidence of running successful online marketing and DM campaigns and will have a passion for customer experience.
