Isabella Oliver is an award winning, vibrant and fast growing brand.  We sell women’s fashion, designed in-house and sold exclusively online, across the world. Originally a specialist in designer maternity wear, in 2009 we expanded into women’s wear with the launch of Isabella Oliver 365.

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking, pro-active, results orientated Online Marketing Executive, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager. This is an exciting role within the team and ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience in online retail marketing. The Online Marketing Executive will be an integral member of the marketing team and will help drive new and repeat customers to IsabellaOliver.com.  This is a great opportunity in a fast growing company where you can make a difference and grow with the company.

Main responsibilities include:

  • PPC - Working closely with the PPC agency on the day to day running and co-ordination of Paid Search campaigns, focusing on driving high quality traffic to the site and maximizing profitability
  • SEO - Develop and execute effective marketing activities to increase traffic driven by Natural Search and optimise for search engines
  • Affiliates - Execute and co-ordinate all affiliate and shopping feed activity
  • Media - Create and implement online and offline advertising, readership offers and partnerships
  • Conversions & upsell - Optimise current activities and explore innovative new ways to drive and convert quality traffic to IsabellaOliver.com, with a focus on increasing AOV and LTV
  • Reporting - Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs to track and evaluate success for all marketing activities
  • Email - Support the marketing team in  the planning and execution of email campaigns
  • Research - Monitor and analyse competitor activity and customer surveys
  • Ad hoc - Undertake ad hoc projects relating to marketing acquisition and retention strategies to support the marketing team

Candidate Requirements

Experience:  1-2 years in a similar role

Key skills required:

  • Degree qualified
  • A passion for eCommerce and fashion
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Highly organised and diligent with a capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • A self-starter and problem solver with lots of initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • A team player with ability to self manage
  • Previous online/direct marketing experience, ideally PPC, SEO, affiliates and media advertising  
  • Comfortable with analysis and good knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Full appreciation of online marketing as part of the wider marketing mix
