Job Description

Based around the simple principle of providing clients with enviable results they are seeking the very best talent in the industry due to expansion. 2 positions are available, Junior and Senior Online Marketing Executive.
- Working directly with the Head of Online Marketing to create online marketing strategies
- Implementation of the online marketing plan for our key Soula clients*
- Responsible for submitting your own design and copy briefs to our Creative Team
- Will attend key client meetings with the Head of Online Marketing
- Idea generation through brainstorming sessions with the Online Marketing Team
- You will report directly to the Head of Online Marketing, who reports to the Directors
* Implementation will include hands on tasks. These tasks could include; setting up e-mail campaigns, editing the web presence, creating copy, performing competitor analysis, managing affiliate/PPC/display advertising campaigns, creating KPI reports, split testing and analysis of analytics.
There are 4 key clients that you well help manage which are in very different sectors. These sectors include Healthcare, Property, Food and Financial Services. If you have experience in these sectors, this is advantageous.
Candidate Requirements
Skill set required:
The ideal candidate should have a good level of knowledge and been involved in several (but not necessarily all) areas of the online marketing.
This can include:
- Search engine marketing
- Email marketing
- Affiliate marketing
- Display advertising
- PPC Management
- Ability to updated/edit websites using HTML editing or software packages like Dreamweaver
Although not essential, these additional skills would be of further interest:
- Online testing
- Traffic analysis
- Online PR
- Copywriting
- Functional specification writing
Remuneration:
- Your basic salary will be between 15k-35k depending on your level of experience and skill set
- Achievable bonuses, depending on your key clients is on average £3.6k per annum
- Quick results to reward system in place with bonuses being paid monthly
- 25 days holiday, employee of the month/year, pension scheme available
