The Leading Hotels of the World is looking to create an exciting new position, to be based in its European Headquarter in Frankfurt am Main or in our Regional Office in London:

 

 

Online Marketing Manager

Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)

 

 

The Online Marketing Manager EMEA will be a dynamic people person who enjoys client interaction. He or she must be result oriented and an innovative and proactive team player. The main objective of this position is to increase online revenue within the EMEA region by sourcing profitable online opportunities predominantly for the German, Spanish and Italian www.lhw.com websites.

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop strategies for delivering sales and customer targets for online media, cross-channel advertising campaigns, mobile, widgets and sweepstakes.

·         Evaluate current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs

·         Optimize new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships, especially performance-based opportunities

·         Build sales targets, analyze and optimize campaign performance by channel

·         Build innovative programs and features that drive customer acquisition by liaising with New York headquarter and  Regional Offices in the EMEA region to be aligned strategically

·         Develop and align online strategy for the EMEA region, conduct business analysis, document business requirements, create timelines, plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives

·         Ensure continues online revenue growth by developing a strong understanding of the Customer File Model to monitor in-season performance of key marketing programs as well as to model and forecast seasonal projections to continuously adapt any marketing campaign

·         Generate incremental revenue through negotiations and close account contacts with Online Travel Agencies

 

 

 

 

 

 

Position Education and Experience:

 

·         5+ years experience in developing and managing online marketing campaigns

·         E-Commerce, online merchandising , online travel or retail experience preferred

·         Strong direct response experience with a track record of successful online strategies that drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition

·         Experience with Google Analytics, Omniture Hitbox, Google Website Optimizer and / or other comparable tools

·         Fluency in English (written and spoken) plus one other European language (Spanish, Italian or German)
