Job Description
Are you an experienced Online Merchandising Executive with a proven record of identifying and investigating areas of online traffic that could be improved? As our Online Merchandising Executive working in a progressive and innovative team, you will have experience of highlighting and solving issues around low conversion rates and implementing solutions appropriate to achieve more revenue for our business through your online Merchandising expertise.
Working in a key area of our business, integral to the success of our strategy, you will be forward thinking and accustomed to utilising your extensive experience of Online Merchandising to ensure a more focused approach to analysing volumes of customer behaviour data to identify opportunities to enhance conversion.
Key areas of the responsibility include:
- Analyze reports from various sources (Endeca, Coremetrics, commercial finance, etc) to find new opportunities for sales growth and improved conversion
- Identify blockers and sales opportunities and work with Product Management to determine best approach to gain sales advantage
- Tactically, identify weaknesses in product data and work with colleagues in Offer Create to rectify
- Alert business stakeholders (Category Business Managers & Marketing Managers) to sudden changes in online sales patterns
- Based on analysis, suggests possibilities for improvements to user interface
- In consultation with team peers, decides where to promote products, families, etc in the user journey
