Job Description

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in online UX, content management and web analytics to work for a leading financial services brand.

Our client is one of the most trusted consumer finance institutions in the UK. They run a multi-channel operation with branches based nationwide as well as an award winning online proposition. The quest for brilliance in this area has created a need for a number of high-profile roles as they look to further enhance the effectiveness of the web channel.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing an online self-service strategy which will deliver excellent experiences for customers and drive the volume of customer queries handled online, creating cost efficiencies for the organisation. You will also optimise content to ensure that customers are able to easily access and understand relevant information about products.

You will analyse search terms and customer journeys whilst working closely with the Branch and Telephone Channels, Customer Operations & IT teams to ensure you are aware of what customers are looking for.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working with large, transactional websites. Ideally you will have a proven record of improving online journeys and have a strong background in content managements and web analytics.

Salary: £45k - £55k + Car Allowance, 15% Bonus and Excellent Benefits
