Job Description
Our team is a small and dynamic group that's growing within Adobe NEMEA. The Optimization Manager is responsible for improving the bottom lines of the world's top companies through conversion rate optimization, and the redesign of high-visibility sites, pages and experiences. The Optimization Manager is a senior role requiring an advanced marketing, technical and managerial skill-set. The Optimization Manager gains a deep understanding of our clients' business goals and creates an optimization roadmap designed to significantly increase conversion rates. They lead a team of Analysts, Developers and Designers to help execute on the optimization roadmap. Optimization Managers must be comfortable building, defending and driving a business case in front of C-level executives on the marketing, technical and design sides of a client's business.

• Methodologies: A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, display ad targeting, and landing page optimization
• Verticals: Retail, Media, Financial Services, Lead Generation, Travel
Responsibilities
• Mentor Analysts and provide constructive criticism around wireframing, creative, test setup, and customer communication skills.
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client's website architecture, online business model, and customer goals.
• Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Lead face-to-face brainstorming session with C-level executives on the marketing, technical and design sides of a client's business.
• Build Optimization Plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting and behavioral targeting.
• Generate based on business/customer goals, analytics and best practices.
• Analyze large and detailed data sets in order to make recommendations around follow-up tests.
• Build detailed wireframes and manage their creative production in order to accomplish testing goals while adhering to a customer's style guides.
• Manage Analyst and Development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure proper content display, and properly manipulate JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at one time.
• Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Deduce and present results, learnings and recommendations from tests.
• Provide regular status updates and quickly escalate potential issues.
• Work with leadership and sales teams to ensure client renewals.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience presenting in front of large groups. Must be very comfortable in a client-facing role.
• 4+ years experience in online marketing, user experience, and/or user interface design.
• 2+ years creating wireframes and managing design comp creation.
• 2+ years crafting online marketing strategies across multiple industry verticals (retails, financial services, media, travel, lead generation, etc.).
• Experience running A/B, multivariate and behavioral targeting tests.
• Management experience.
• You must have a passion for the web and creating delightful user experiences.
• Expert understanding of online marketing and web analytics.
• Intermediate JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
• Basic understanding of statistics. You must love data.
• Basic understanding of database management and APIs.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to customer success.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Special Consideration given for
• Previous experience working with the Omniture Suite of products (SiteCatalyst, Test&Target, etc.).
