Job Description

Create and moderate the Cheqqer travel community fulfilling users requirements and increasing the engagement with Cheqqer
Define and manage customer contact strategy incl segmentation, communication, customisation & personalisation
Define the strategy how the platform will interlink with third party communities (e.g. partnerships, widgets, open API, etc.)
Design roadmap for platform development
Optimise and manage community/user experience and user interface
Analyse and manage website KPIs (eg user funnels; drop offs, conversion by placement, etc)
Optimise user search results and maximise user click ratio on site

Liaising with the MD and Web Steering Group in regards to future platform development and prioritising the importance of projects
Key owner of the Cheqqer recommendations engine and community experience. Define and document requirements and solution.
Market analysis and make development proposals to improve & evolve website functionality. Turn emerging technologies into value propositions and define business requirements into projects.
Own development roadmap, ensure project plans are aligned to roadmap and define scope documents (business requirements)
Manage development priorities with senior manage team
Manage successful team (business analysis, usability)
Define & manage user interface on site (incl wireframe, UI & design management process)
Deliver against agreed commercial KPIs (eg click ratio, email open/click/ response rate, etc)
Create work processes, frameworks, capabilities documentation and models for data capture and reporting to provide actionable insights out of consumer usage patterns
Liaising with strategic partners and 3 party design agency (where appropriate)
Implement solutions for primary data analysis as well as other relevant multi-channel data
