Job Description
Econsultancy leads the field in providing industry-led academic qualifications to the digital sector. With delegate numbers growing rapidly, we are looking for a Programme Coordinator to take on the day to day operational aspects of running all three of our innovative Professional MSc courses.
Reporting to the Training and Operations Manager, you will provide advice and support to all prospective and registered delegates, as well as liaising with internal teams to ensure Econsultancy provides the best possible learning experience. This is a varied and busy role, with a focus on excellent customer service and plenty of opportunities to take on extra responsibility.
The job:
- Use your detailed knowledge of both course content and supporting operational systems to act as an confident and informative central point of contact for all enquiries
- Develop strong relationships with delegates, providing support and advice from initial application until graduation
- Liaise with the university and Econsultancy’s internal teams to constantly review processes and ensure they remain consistent and effective
- Undertake all administrative tasks relating to the smooth running of the course including invoicing, managing the application and registration procedures, maintaining the delegate and marketing databases, scheduling courses and ensuring delegates are attending the correct training sessions to fulfil course requirements.
- Assist with a range of marketing activities as well as pro-actively managing information updates both on and off-line
- Assist in the delivery of various training, social and marketing events throughout the year (some travel to Manchester required)
- Support the Training and Operations Manager in implementing the new administrative and elearning systems being introduced over the next twelve months.

Candidate Requirements
The person:
- At least three years’ administrative experience, preferably in a project/client services role or from an academic background
- A confident, highly personable communicator with strong written English
- The ability to deal with people at all levels and from a variety of backgrounds
- Pro-active and flexible enough to deal with the range of tasks required
- Tenacious, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- An understanding of university systems and an interest in digital marketing/learning technologies would be advantageous
- A strong desire develop the role and take on increased responsibility
