Job Description

 

Develop and generate new business for Epsilon International within the German market, meeting assigned sales targets. Key target group of customers are email marketers and email marketing agencies.

• Selling of Epsilon International Email and Multichannel Marketing Solutions and services, targeting new prospects in Germany. 

• Solution selling to position products and services against prospect’s overall email strategy.

• Ability to sell at board level in Fortune 500 companies.

• Work very closely with the Country Director to develop sales strategy, collateral, build the pipeline and meet quarterly and annual bookings target.

• Work with UK and France sales team to share international lead development, learnings and best practice.

 

Candidate Requirements

 

• English and German language fluency is necessary.

• At least 3-5+ years experience of successful solution sales in software, ASP or online services. 

• An existing knowledge of CRM and Multichannel Solutions would be highly advantageous.

• An existing knowledge of the email marketing industry in Germany would be highly advantageous.

• Existing high level contacts in the email and online marketer sector would be highly advantageous.

• Familiarity and comfort with high ticket sales of €100K- €750K+.

• Ability to understand the requirements of the target prospects and provide them with solutions that will solve their needs.

• An excellent ability to demonstrate software/ASP products and position our services against prospect’s email strategy.

• Proven ability to identify prospects and manage sales cycles to a successful close. 

• Ability to sell to both the business user and the IT department. 

• Excellent at contract negotiations at all levels.

• Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver against them.

• An understanding of data management and the direct marketing industry would be useful.

• Be independent and able to work away from the office for frequent periods of time.
