Job Description

We are looking for someone to lead SEM operations. Reporting directly to the Founder Director you will be responsible for making sure we remain the busiest holiday home website in the UK.

* Responsible for SEM for a Top 100 Google spender in Europe

* Setting up a specialist SEM team to extend the SEM operations of the company

* Championing the online side of new PR and Marketing initiatives:

- Microsites, Blogs, Facebook and Twitter…

* Managing and improving the PPC campaigns to produce ROI positive returns

* Managing and tracking ongoing link building campaigns

* Optimizing new/existing content for SEO/Usability

* Researching new traffic opportunities
* Weekly SEO/PPC performance analysis and reporting
* Competitor and Keyword analysis

* Sales funnel analysis and improvement
* Providing statistical reports for the business

Candidate Requirements

You will need:

3-6 years hands-on experience of managing Adwords campaigns from planning, optimizing and analyzing results. 3-6 years of SEO exposure.

A drive to progress in your career and make a real difference to the company’s performance. You’ll need to be analytical and enthusiastic and looking to take ownership for all SEM activities.
