Job Description

Lbi are looking for a Senior Account Director to work on one of our most prestigous blue chip clients.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Being a strategic partner to your clients in their digital activity

·         Building excellent relationships at a variety of client levels

·         Ensuring profitable delivery of work through effective cross-business/department relationships and processes

·         Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organising quarterly key account reviews with board sponsors and internal project reviews

·         Creating new business opportunities within an existing client base

·         Leading new business development, RFI and RFP production and pitches

·         Hitting agreed targets for the year.

·         Maintaining team motivation and retaining key team members

Candidate Requirements

You will have:

  • Significant relevant digital industry experience, in particular for blue chip clients
  • Experience in digital display and online comms highly desirable, including rich media as well as standard formats
  • Good understanding of natural search and SEO, ePR/online PR social media strategy
  • Managed programmes of £1m+
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to be able to open up dialogue with new clients and third parties
  • Excellent writing, presentation and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to be able to effectively manage, train and develop any team members under supervision
