Job Description
Leapfrogg, the digital marketing agency for aspirational brands, is looking for an experienced natural search (SEO) consultant to join our growing team.
Based at our head office in central Brighton, you will join our natural search team and be responsible for planning and delivering strategic and tactical SEO, web copywriting, and usability services to achieve our clients’ growth targets, including a growing portfolio of retailers.
We are looking for a confident, proactive and passionate self starter with at least three years experience in natural search. We work with clients at a strategic level so to be commercially minded is essential, along with an appreciation and understanding of how search fits into the multi-channel marketing mix.
We are currently carving out a niche in online retail so you must have a proven track record in delivering results for mid to large sized retail websites. The role would therefore suit someone with agency experience looking to specialise in working with retail clients or someone already working in an online retail environment (client side) looking for a fresh challenge.
Candidate Requirements

o Ecommerce platforms
o Product/shopping search
o Dynamic merchandising
o a/b and multivariate testing -
Proven skills in the following areas
o Technical onsite SEO tactics
o Great knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, PHP, ASP, RSS, W3C
o Local/blended/personalised/vertical search
o Search term analysis
o Optimising & writing web copy
o Conversion analysis (know Google Analytics inside out)
o Website usability - A passion for online retail
