We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Senior Search Marketing Analyst to join our London Office who will be responsible for:-

  1. The strategy and implementation of PPC campaigns to maximise profitability
  2. The strategy and implementation of SEO to drive makeitcheaper into dominant natural positions
  3. The development of a route map to deliver our service to online customers through 3 party websites
  4. Working with our fledgling Australian operation in their search marketing activity

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with an uncompromising attention to detail, initiative and innovative problem solving skills. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing where you will be part of a small dynamic focussed marketing team.

Candidate Requirements

You will be responsible for the management of natural and paid search programmes within existing and new product verticals. Initially supported by other members of the marketing team, we anticipate that you will ultimately build and run a team of specialist online marketing experts.

 

The role requires a complete understanding and practical application of all aspects of:-

 

PPC

  1. Creating search marketing campaign strategies: determining campaign goals, keyword research, reporting, tracking and ROI analysis
  2. Experience working with bid management tools
  3. Performance analysis, optimisation and development of paid search campaigns through qualitative and quantitative analysis, recommending action plans for revising, updating and developing campaigns and site pages
  4. Operational bid management including keyword research, creation of new campaigns to ensure alignment with campaign strategies
  5. Ensuring campaign budgets are monitored and tracked efficiently
  6. Ensuring weekly/ monthly reports are completed and presented in a timely manner

 

SEO

  1. Assessing website properties and detailed site analysis with actionable SEO recommendations
  2. Developing comprehensive link building strategy and reporting
  3. Placement of content on 3 party websites including video and forums
  4. Search engine and directory submissions
  5. Providing SEO guidance in technical areas such as server infrastructure, website structure and page construction, internal linking, CSS, JavaScript referencing and programming standards
  6. Keeping up-to-date with latest industry trends, technology and changes
