About the role
Our E-Commerce offering will only be as successful as it is profitable. That’s why it’s so important the Selfridges brand makes a seamless transition online and engages our customers from the very start. Prior to launch, you’ll set our definitive website trading standards, processes and procedures; establish resource requirements, roles and necessary skill sets and support the development of the marketing activity plan any way you can. Once live, you’ll manage all site activity, on time and within budget, to meet our commercial objectives. You’ll also track competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve the service and carrying out a range of sales and stock analysis.
Candidate Requirements
About you
This role requires excellent analytical skills, so you’ll be familiar with tools like Omniture and Coremetrics. Your experience of managing a retail fashion website to the very highest retail standards means you’ll bring good commercial acumen and you’ll know how to inspire and lead a team. Finally, you’ll not just be able to demonstrate your competitor awareness, but show us how you’ll continue to track it.
