Job Description

SEO Client services and account manager required for boutique central London based SEO agency who over the last five years have established a reputation as one of the most innovative and results driven agencies in the market.

You will be joining a small, friendly client services team who are passionate about their jobs, clients and fully committed to delivering fantastic results on all SEO/PPC and Social Media campaigns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handling new campaign start-ups, growth and renewals
Interacting with the sales team, delivery team and client teams during project kick start and strategy formation
Review of all documents and deliverables prior to presentation to clients
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings

Interacting with the SEO technical team to gather, monitor and analyse campaign performance for the duration of the project lifecycle
Achieving a healthy client retention rate set by the management across the portfolio
Responsible for managing project deliverables, developing timetables and setting deadlines
Managing a portfolio of over 20 clients and having an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio including individual value and billing rates
Ensuring account plans for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client and the campaign, from the point of handover from the business development manager
Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio

 

 

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 1 years agency experience in client servicing/account management (web development, SEO/PPC or digital agency experience will be a distinct advantage)
Sound understanding of search engine marketing (SEO/ PPC)
Experience on working with multiple client accounts simultaneously
A team player who can work towards solutions with client teams and internal teams
Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to provide ideas and solutions
Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, F2F and presentation
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude to dealing with people
Good attention to detail
Confidence, determination and drive to succeed in a results orientated environment
General IT Skills, MS Office, Powerpoint etc
