Our client is an International Technology and Marketing services provider that specialises in helping world-leading brands engage with and monetise their social media audience.
Their investment in technology has resulted in incredible growth, from a turnover of £3 million a few years ago; they are on track to achieve a turnover approaching £240milion. They have also embarked on a major International expansion project and have already established successful offices across the US and all major European countries.
These are one of the most progressive and exciting clients we deal with. The working environment is fast paced, dynamic, fun, yet incredibly focused on achievement. In the first year of entering they featured in the upper echelons of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for.
There is a need to expand the commercial team significantly this year with a requirement of 50 new heads. The bar has been set high and you will need to be a top performer within this market to be considered.
The Role:
We are urgently searching for a top Social Media Director.
As Social Media Director you will be responsible for devising and implementing Social Media Strategy for top tier clients. You will understand how the client’s business works, and you’ll work with them to maximise campaigns. You will focus primarily on high level strategy and detailed analysis. You will ensure that your team delivers excellence. Our client will offer you the opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company that encourages an entrepreneurial and dynamic culture.
Candidate Requirements
Experience at a senior level in a similar role is essential. You will be a confident leader with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. A structured and clear thinker, you will excel in fast-paced, demanding yet fun entrepreneurial environments.
