Job Description

Due to our continued success we have an opening for a Usability Consultant in our London office to be involved in a range of projects. The successful applicant will have:
Experience in the range of user experience research activities (including ethnographic research, user needs gathering, concept development and usability testing)
- Strong facilitation skills (both in facilitating brainstorming sessions and running user sessions)
- A keen interest in new innovations and technology
- Proven understanding and experience of business environments
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- At least a Masters level education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Creativity and the vision to work with design teams
- Effective teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- An outgoing and confident personality
- Excellent computer and document creation skills
- Wireframing and prototyping skills would be beneficial (though not essential)
