Job Description

Our client is one of the most trusted consumer finance institutions in the UK. They run a multi-channel operation with branches based nationwide as well as an award winning online proposition. The quest for brilliance in this area has created a need for a number of high-profile roles as they look to further enhance the effectiveness of the web channel.

You will be responsible delivering excellent online experiences for customers, by scoping and shaping the changes the company website and managing the content strategy. This will involve working closely with many areas of the business. Key duties will include enhancing web content as well as analysing traffic flows/paths, conversion funnels and drop-off points.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for User Experience experts with experience in managing large transactional websites. Experience of working across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet etc.) would be hugely advantageous. You must have a customer-centric approach and understand the importance of a simple and error-free customer journey.
