Job Description
Responsible for scoping projects in consultation with the Head of Web, communicating with the stakeholders and different web teams, and managing projects from inception through completion:
Coordinate and monitor customer feedback and satisfaction.
Analyze business requirements from internal customers and set up projects accordingly.
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers and content providers/editors to continually refine the user experience in line with content strategy on all existing content and on new proposed/managed projects.
Advising colleagues on structure, content and design to ensure editorial, technical and accessibility standards are met and maintained
Managing timelines and budget, ensuring project delivery on time, on budget, in process and with a high degree of quality and excellence.
Assisting the development of a European web strategy and online experiences that meet and exceed business objectives
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, communication, journalism).
Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Sound knowledge of UX and CS Web design experience is an asset.
Proven experience with ECMS.
Experience of working with stakeholders and 3rd parties to produce websites.
Project management skills and ability to designate tasks and responsibilities to inside and outside resources and keep them on schedule.
Fluent in English; Dutch or any other European language is an asset
