Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual with experience in online advertising to join our dynamic company as Yield Manager. Yield Managers support the business in ensuring the publishers advertising opportunities are maximized using sophisticated and proprietary analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, monitor and communicate performance for a portfolio of large publishers
• Consult and inform publishers of industry trends and performance improvement ideas
• Identify revenue opportunities and communicate across different teams
• Communicate and coordinate across multiple teams daily to maximize publisher revenue
• Analyse inventory metrics and provide performance insight for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
• Provide end-to-end customer service for all partner needs
• Troubleshooting issues that affect publisher performance
• Advising publishers on creating a Real Time Bidding Strategy to compliment their premium sales
• Identifying real time bidding private marketplace opportunities
Candidate Requirements
Maths or Science based Bachelor’s degree
• Top –tier school and high GPA preferred
• 1-2 years industry experience (i.e. ad operations, programming or technical experience) Strong analytic, strategic and creative problem solving skills
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and early hours
• Sense of humor, hard working, and high integrity a MUST
