About the speakers
John Larder, Head of Analytics, Insight and Business Intelligence, Barclays
John held roles in media organisations (Trinity Mirror, Telegraph Media Group) before moving to Barclays where he focused on web analytics and now heads up a team that focuses on analytics and insight, personalisation and business intelligence. John describes himself as an online professional with a strong insight background who focuses on delivering value through data. His specialties are: web analytics, behavioural targeting, personalisation, multivariate testing, online optimisation, business intelligence, data visualisation, SEO and online and offline retargeting.
Lee Wilmore, Head of Database Marketing, IPC Media
Lee has over 10 years of experience working with data in magazine publishing. In his current role he leads a data planning and analysis team responsible for customer data, CRM, email and data protection. IPC Media is the UK's leading consumer magazine and digital publisher. With more than 60 iconic media brands, IPC creates content for multiple platforms, across print, online, mobile, tablets and events. Lee works directly with these brands using data and insight to assist them reach their goals. He holds an MSc(Dist) in Information Systems Management from London South Bank University and a BSc in Business Information Technology from the University of Westminster.
Rebecca Quinn, Director EU Strategy and Operations, Wildfire Interactive
Rebecca has nearly 10 years of experience in online media, marketing and technology, across North America and Europe. She joined the Wildfire team in July 2011 as Director of European Strategy and Operations. While in London, Rebecca has worked with Accel Partners, a leading venture capital firm and has consulted for a variety of UK-based start-ups. Prior to her move to Europe, she was the Director of Website Optimization for Comcast Interactive Media, and was the first Strategic Account Manager for ClickEquations, a search marketing software company. Rebecca holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Bucknell University.
Adit Abhyankar, Executive Director, Visual IQ
Adit Abhyankar is the Executive Director of Visual IQ, the world’s leading cross channel marketing intelligence software provider. Adit is currently based in London, leads Visual IQ's global expansion into the EMEA and APAC regions, and is a recognized expert in the field of cross channel attribution and marketing optimization. He brings more than 18 years of product development and sales experience in a variety of software and technology companies with a specific focus on digital marketing and advertising. Prior to Visual IQ, Adit was on the board of SolutionSet, a digital agency that combines best of breed brand development with deep technology expertise. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Tulane University.
