Matthew Turner

 

Matthew Turner is currently the head of online sales and marketing for BSkyB and has been working in digital for nearly 15 years. His experience spans a variety of operational and marketing management roles across both start-ups and blue chips. From launching the first contextual search engine on Yahoo! Finance to driving the proportion of credit card acquisitions online to above 80% at American Express UK, he has a history of harnessing emerging consumer trends and market innovations to produce business results.

Matthew has been passionate about digital since the day he downloaded his first South Park episode online in the mid-90s. When he's not spending time with his wife and young son, he can usually be found trawling Mashable and TechCrunch, messing about with the latest app du jour, sharing stuff on Facebook, or playing MMOs.
