Katie Sheppard

Katie Sheppard is Head of Relationships & Marketing at match UK & Ireland, where she is responsible for delivering the overall brand ambition to make online the most popular way to meet a partner in Britain. In this role Katie leads in delivering strategy and fully integrated multi-million pound marketing campaigns for match’s UK brands, including match.com, matchaffinity.com and DatingDirect.com. 

Katie started her career making tea at marketing consultancy Joslin Shaw and quickly worked her way up to Account Manager.  She later worked as a freelance consultant before co-founding consumer boutique Cherish PR Ltd where her clients included Natmags, News International, iVillage, Hachette Filipacchi and IPC Media.
