About Insights from multichannel marketing optimisation tests
Craig spoke at JUMP 2010 and was so popular that we were keen to have him back to give us the latest insights from his ongoing quest to test and optimise all of Autoglass' ongoing marketing across online and offline across multiple territories, media and devices.
This year Craig has been testing how online chat shapes other contact channel volumes and conversions. The result is very surprising... By the event he also hopes to have done one of the first MVT (multivariate) tests of telephony which he's rolling out internationally. So Craig is busy not just testing and optimising the online channels but the offline ones too, often using online data to help optimise offline marketing and processes.
Craig is always fantastically honest and open about what he has learned, what approaches, tools and technologies have worked, or not, and gives excellent practical advice you can take away.
