About John Ginn
John Ginn runs CACI’s Consulting Division. He is widely viewed as an industry thought leader and innovator around Customer Management, with particular reference around Real-Time-Decisioning, Simulation & Conversational Marketing.
John began his career working client side where he played a major role designing and implementing the CRM strategy for a UK bank which now, over 15 years later, still has the best customer experience record of any bank in the UK by a very long way.
Following this, John became a specialist CRM consultant improving the customer experience across many industry sectors covering companies such as Vodafone, O2 mobile, MBNA Europe, Virgin Media, Sky, RAC and Ford. He continues to drive his passion through leading CACI’s consulting division to deliver world class CRM consultancy.
