Argos.co.uk delivers in excess of £1.5bn annual sales (37% of company), and the Argos app has been downloaded over 1.7M times. Kate's role spans responsibility for Argos’ multi-channel customer proposition, customer acquisition, retention, onsite-trading & content. In addition, she is leading a business-wide, end-to-end initiative to put ‘customer’ at the heart of the Argos multi-channel proposition.
Kate is also an Advisory Member of the ‘Retail Sector Board’ for the Cabinet Office to shape the development of the ‘Mydata’ Government initiative (part of ‘Big Society).
Previous roles have included: Group Head of CRM at DSG International; Head of User Experience at TUI Travel; Director of Consumer Experience & Marketing at GCap Media Plc; Account Director at WWAV Rapp Collins; various roles in the music business.

As Head of CRM & E-commerce, Kate's role includes responsibility for Argos' multi-channel customer proposition including a business-wide, end-to-end initiative to put 'customer' at the heart of the Argos multi-channel proposition.
