Mark Emmett is the CRM Capability Manager for Sony Professional Solutions Europe. Mark has worked in several marketing roles at Sony over the last 7 years where he has led the adoption of the latest direct marketing techniques and best technologies to help optimise the customer's journey, regardless of which channel they are using to interact, to efficiently generate incremental business benefit. Before Sony, Mark played a key marketing role in the creation of B&Q's multi-channel business. He holds a degree from Southampton Solent University and qualifications from the Institute of Direct Marketing.
