Siz and Michelle will show how though this simplified approach to data we can unearth the patterns and relationships that really matter and not just mine for the insights clients think should count.
About the speakers
Michelle Watson, Head of Digital, dbg
Michelle is Digital Director at dbg where she ensures that dbg’s wealth of interaction data and audience insights are at the center of client’s digital strategy. Michelle has a User Experience background, which means she is well placed to strengthen dbg’s ability to translate knowledge about customers and their digital behaviours into a channel agnostic digital and social media strategy.
Before joining dbg Michelle was User Experience Director at Digitas for 4 years, optimising digital engagement and ensuring user centric digital solutions for clients such as Lloyds TSB, Shell, GM, Ericsson, P&G, Samsung, Nissan and Merck Serono.
Before Digitas Michelle headed up the User Experience team at DNA where she was lead on the O2, Standard Life and NSPCC accounts.
Altogether Michelle has over 12 years experience in digital marketing.
Siz Mahleka, Head of Data Access, dbg
Siz’s passion is enabling commercial decision makers to capitalise on data, in order to influence the outcome of their business objectives. Throughout his career he’s been involved in Business Solutions from being an end user, support technician, software implementation specialist, data warehouse developer, technical solution trainer, pre sales consultant and now manages dbg’s team of data access developers.
Removing the technological complexities involved in harnessing, interpreting and presenting information from the end user’s experience, is his professional mission in life.
