Conrad graduated from Liverpool University with a 2.1 in Genetics. His first career move was to United Biscuits in Liverpool, where he worked on a various projects, primarily in manufacturing systems. He then moved to Cognos (and into pre-sales) in 1996 where he remained until 1998, before joining Hyperion. In 1999, he moved to Net Genesis before joining Webtrends in 2003. Conrad's team is responsible for all pre-sales and professional services support across the EMEA.
