London, 13 June 2012 - Connected Commerce vendor Compario continues its UK expansion with the appointment of Paul McCann as UK country manager and the signing of its first partnership with E-Commerce technology agency The Commerce Partnership.
Paul McCann will be based in Compario’s UK headquarters in Maidenhead and will be responsible for expanding the company’s UK customer base. His role will include building relationships and strategic partnerships with other organisations also working with the UK’s top 300 retailers.
One of Paul’s immediate objectives is to explore joint opportunities with Compario’s first UK partner, The Commerce Partnership, whose clients include French Connection, Nicole Fahri and Toast.
Paul joins Compario from Infosys, and has over 13 years’ experience in the IT industry, particularly within the CRM software and enterprise sectors. During this time, his drive and enthusiasm have enabled him to forge successful relationships with a range of companies including Spotify, Skype and Telefonica.
Paul made the decision to join Compario after identifying its unique and innovative solution as part of the next generation of E-Commerce tools. He was also attracted by the company’s culture of dynamism and agility and its remarkable community of customers and partners.
