In support of continued company growth and a significant recruitment drive that will fill an estimated 30 new jobs before 2013, search marketing specialist, Search Laboratory, [www.searchlaboratory.com] today announces the opening of a second Leeds-based office.
Situated in the Chapel Allerton area of the city, the new premises provides the company with capacity for a total of 140 employees across both its Leeds-based sites.
Throughout its current financial year, Search Laboratory has continued to expand its operations in response to increased demand for its search marketing services and remains on track to hit its profit target for 2011/12 (ending 31st October), which is expected to represent a 60% increase from 2010/11.
Ian Harris, CEO at Search Laboratory, comments: “Recruitment remains the biggest challenge to our growth so we are constantly seeking new talent. Sourcing the right people is key to our continued success. Client retention and development are vital to our business and can only be achieved if we hire appropriately and deliver an outstanding service. In the last three years we have increased headcount from seven to 85, recruiting bright people from a diverse range of disciplines, such as maths, journalism, foreign languages and digital marketing. The opening of our second office will ensure we are able to continue to expand without being constrained by our current Moortown premises.
