As businesses so often do, we've looked to sport for inspiration and found it in two extraordinary leaders. Firstly Sir Clive Woodward, who had the vision to look outside of Rugby Union to find the extra ingredients to inspire his team to conquer the world at the 2003 Rugby World Cup.
Lisa has been client-side for 17 years working as Marketing Director for Wagamama's, Legoland, Yell and Hilton. By drawing on this wealth of experience we know that fst can build on our success and continue to grow and move forward.
Our second inspirational leader is Dave Brailsford, the Performance Director for GB and Sky cycling. His philosophy of 'marginal gains' is what makes a good athlete into a great one. Pour dedication, hard work and an amazing infrastructure into the mix and you have the makings of a winning team.
Lisa is bringing 'marginal gains' to fst in order to get the very best out of our Account Handlers so they in turn can offer our clients the very best service imaginable.
