Highlights from the findings include:
-) Technical work is the type of work most likely to be outsourced, followed by creative, SEM and user experience work.
-) 42% of agencies said that the primary reason for undertaking outsourcing was because it is the "most cost-effective way to manage fluctuations in the work stream".
-) A coherent understanding of Flash is top of the list of requirements for agencies looking to outsource.
-) "Reliability" was cited as the most important criterion when choosing an outsourcing partner, followed by "quality" and then "cost".
