Title: Project Timeline Agile
About this Guide
A typical agile project schedule will comprise of a series of project planning activities culminating in a programme of frequent iterations. Each iteration delivers the highest priority features or stories (requirements) which will be planned, tested and built in their entirety within the iteration so that the output is working code that has been approved as fit for purpose by the business. The content of the next iteration is only ever completely determined at the end of the last iteration, as this allows for features to be reprioritised according to the changing priorities of the business or in response to other activities within the project. Consequently, agile scheduling is based around high level milestones rather than detailed implementation dates for specific features.Downloads
