Becky Olie has nine years' retail experience – the last seven of which have focused on e-commerce. She is currently Head of Online Selling for House of Fraser, setting the standards to ensure customers receive a seamless cross channel service. With a strong knowledge base already in place, the MSc represents an opportunity to fill in the gaps and challenge the way she thinks.
I believe the future of retail is non-existent without a clear cross channel vision, and having the MSc under my belt puts me in a much stronger position to take on a senior leadership position in the future.
