About Katharina Pesch

Throughout her career, Katharina has always taken a customer-centric approach, working closely with renowned brands including Citibank, Diageo, Dubai Holdings, IBM, Omnicom Media Group, and Unilever.

Early on in her career Katharina’s business acumen was recognized by being listed in Management Today’s Top 35 Women Under 35 after having successfully co-founded C Squared and grown its flagship brand, the Festival of Media, to a multi-million-dollar award-winning business with locations in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Having built C Squared from a two-man band in 2005 to an influential media and events company in 2013, Katharina exited the business following the successful sale of the business to a Private Equity investor.

Originally German, Katharina was born in Venezuela, grew up in Africa, and Europe. After completion of her Bachelor degrees in Political Sciences and Business from Tulane University in New Orleans, USA, she moved to London and since 2015 lives in New York with her husband Ashley.
