It has been selected by organisers of Startup 2.0, a Spanish competition to find the most innovative new Web 2.0 sites across Europe.
Fifteen contestants, revealed in information supplied to Read/Write Web, have been selected by visitors to the contest website and will on Thursday be whittled down to just five grand finalists by judges.
They will compete for the Startup 2.0 title at the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao on May 24.
Anywr.com was founded in February by Martin Caleau, a software developer focusing on SyncML and Ajax, and Diego Giol, a former World Health Organisation software engineer.
Both founders are from Mendoza, Argentina; Giol is reading for an MBA at Oxford University.
