The Daily Mail has launched TravelMail, a new site that provides reviews, user-generated content, and a booking service for holidays, flights and car hire.

The site, which replaces the existing This is Travel brand, combines reviews from The Daily Mail and other Associated Press publications and allows you to search for articles on your destination of choice. 

The site looks good, and provides an impressive range of content - a destination guide is available for most holiday spots, and you can find weather information for wherever you plan to go.  

TravelMail also makes use of Google Maps as an alternative way of finding articles and navigating around the site.

In addition, this is the first newspaper travel website to feature user-generated video content - users are encouraged to share their travel experiences through video, photos and stories.

In my opinion this site is over comlicated to use. I find it user unfriendly. Simplification should be considered if this sie is to be successful.
