I really liked Patricio's presentation - Web Design for ROI. Anyone who found that slide deck useful would probably also appreciate learning more about how a new cms coined an OMS (online marketing system) can help you with Patricio's pointers. You need a good design - but you need an easy way to manage the design. //bit.ly/173RBK

Great stuff here. Web design has come along way since we started designing them back in the 90's. Our principle is always that the design should help achieve the objective of the site and be simple, appealing and easy to use.
