ITV Creative has appointed Phil Lind as its creative director following the departure of Chaka Sobhani. Lind had been acting creative director at Channel 4.

RAC has appointed former News International sales director John Orriss to head its marketing team.

Yahoo has promoted head of marketing Mollie Spilman as its new chief marketing officer. It comes as part of interim chief executive Ross Levinsohn’s reorganisation of the company’s management team.

Ogilvy & Mather’s Hugh Baillie is leaving the agency after two and a half years.

Tata Global Beverages, the owner of the Tetley tea brand, has promoted UK marketing chief Adrian Mooney to the role of vice-president marketing EMEA.

WPP has appointed Deborah Kerr to head up Team News, its new agency unit that launched to service the News International business.

Adconion Media Group has appointed Scott Sullivan as Global Chief Technology Officer.

AKQA has appointed Toby Barnes to the newly created role of Product Strategy Director.
