Julie is passionate about the tremendous opportunities for new and established business offered by new digital and social technologies and has been the driving force in a number of innovation and transformation projects; led an online community based loyalty program startup in 2001-03, enrolled on a Masters in Strategic Markrting Management to research and wrote a dissertation "online communities: why do consumers participate? why should marketers care?" in 2003-04.
Julie has worked with at VP/Director level on strategic business development projects and innovation initiatives for both SME's and large multinational businesses including, Alterian, Ogilvy, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Lexis Nexis and a range of SMEs in the UK, US and Hong Kong.
