How to maintain and grow the necessary the necessary marketing skills needed to accelerate and keep pace with consumer demand for content, ecommerce and digital connectivity.  Econsultancy were asked to create a programme to upskill and embed every marketer globally with digital skills fit for the modern marketing age.  ​

What We Did

  • Designed a new curriculum aligned with the brand’s  strategic and operational digital transformation agenda​
  • Created a dedicated ‘Learning Hub’ as a central go-to location for all aspects of digital marketing learning​
  • Deployed three learning pathways targeted at Marketing & Commerce teams’ capability and learning needs​

The Results

  • Adoption in over 75 markets in the first three months​
  • Registered users, site visits and completion of Digital Skills Assessments well ahead of all metrics set
  • Continued roll out and expansion globally
