Head of Client Services
Charlotte started at Econsultancy as an administrative assistant in 2013 and has had various roles throughout the years, including working as a project manager for the data team. Charlotte now leads the Econsultancy membership client services team, who help to support and deliver customer success to our community of Econsultancy members.
During her free time, Charlotte can usually be found walking her dog Bertie, or whipping up something sweet in the kitchen.
